In 2011, Philippe graduated from St.FX University as a Dean's list student with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a major in Accounting. Upon graduating, Philippe moved to New Glasgow, where he earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 2013.

He followed this accomplishment by moving back to his hometown of Clare, Nova Scotia. As a proud Acadian, establishing his business by the beautiful Acadian shore was an important step towards getting involved deeper within his community. He currently sits on the Villa Acadienne, Atlantic Canada BBQ Championship Society and Canadian BBQ Society board of directors and enjoys playing hockey, soccer and basketball in his spare time.

Philippe's area of expertise is in taxation and financial statement preparation with a focus on owner-operator businesses, fishing corporations and professional corporations. His past experiences working for a family business have given him the opportunity to gain a strong understanding of the challenges everyday people face in today's economy, and is able to bring practical solutions for any type of individual or business.
